Title: IT Support Officer
Salary: £24,150 per annum plus travel expenses and mobile phone

Reporting to: IT Project Manager
Starting Date: 26th March 2012 (depending on current notice period)
Contract: Permanent, 12 month, 37 hours per week

SWITCH.uk.com is a company that offers IT support and consultancy to organisations and businesses throughout Wales.
Your role will be to offer 1st and 2nd line service desk/technical support to SWITCH.uk.com as an organisation as well as all clients/customers of the company.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent ICT and information management skills.
